We help school counselors’ attune to the emotional intensity, sensitivities and complexities that define the inner world of gifted learners, and empower them with insights and tools to respond with clarity and compassion.

Professional Development for Counselors

Certificate Course in Gifted Counseling

We offer a specialized certificate course for school counselors and professionals in Gifted Counselling.

  • Module 01: Introduction to Giftedness
    Understanding giftedness and their behavior; interpreting formal and informal assessments.
  • Module 02: Counselling the Gifted ​​
    Understanding concerns of gifted and their parents and guiding them.
  • Module 03: Facilitating a Gifted Program
    Facilitating activities to support the socio-economic well-being of gifted children.

Duration:

  • 36 hours course
  • 3 days – in-person

Training in IQ Assessments

Indian Child Intelligence Test (ICIT)

ICIT is a standardised, individual performance IQ test for children aged 4-12 years. It assesses five key abilities – perceptual reasoning, verbal, numerical, memory and visual spatial.

Duration:

  • 3 days of in-person training.
