01.
Gifted Nurturing
- Learn facilitation skills tailored for gifted children.
- Collaborate with the nurturing team to design and deliver workshops.
- Facilitate small group activities for gifted children.
- Assist in organising workshops for gifted students, teachers and parents.
02.
Gifted Identification
- Engage in intensive training in gifted identification and assessments.
- Assist team in gifted identification supervision to identify giftedness.
- Learn in detail test scoring, interpretation and report writing.
- Support research initiatives focused in the field of giftedness.
03.
Research
- Assist in literature review.
- Develop skills in qualitative and quantitative data collection and communication.
- Assist in organizing and analyzing qualitative and quantitative data using Excel or statistical tools.
- Contribute to creating short reports, interview summaries, and visual data representations.
- Collaborate with the research team to prepare short presentations, abstracts and research report writing summarizing key findings.
Student Eligibility Criteria
- Education: S.Y. / T.Y. Undergraduate or Master’s student in Education, Psychology, Counseling, or Child Development.
- Interest: Demonstrated passion for working with children and adolescents, and enthusiasm for participating in research projects.
- Availability: Ability to work from the office 2–3 days a week for a minimum of 2 months (at least 80 hours, or as required by your university/college).
Application Process
- Submit Your Application: Complete our below form and upload your resume and cover letter.
- Interview: Shortlisted candidates will be invited for an interview.
- Orientation: Selected interns will undergo an orientation program before starting their internship.
- In case of delay due to school/college holidays the intern has to ensure that he/she has to complete the assigned work as decided upon beyond the timeframe.
- Data confidentiality: A Non-Disclosure agreement will be signed between the interns and KCEGC to maintain data confidentiality and work smoothly.
- After internship termination, the intern has to submit relevant documents and data back to KCEGC.
